The Parable of the prodigal son.I'm an atheist but the Bible has some good stories and this is a very moving one of the love of a Father for his Son.

Ooo, that's a hard one. I think the best part is all the contradictions, such as "Thou shalt not kill," unless of course, you are a sinner, blasphemer, or simply don't beleive in the one true God. Or, since God is devine, he cannot commit deadly sin, but he clearly grows angry at a few cities, such as Gommorrah and Sodom, and destroys them, and says "You shall not have any god besides me, for I am a jealous God." But we all know he can't be angry or jealous because he is not human. Can he?

I like 1 Peter 5:7. It talks about God and that he would help you in any situation, whatever the circumstances. It's a lovely part of the Bible. I also like the first ever prophecy in the Bible about Jesus being born. It's in Genisis 3:15.

I'm gonna have to go raid a church, see if I can get the moving parts of a Bible.
I just KNEW there was more to that book than meets the eye.

When people get a life, read it for what it is... A book of stories by guys with no tv, no radio, no newspapers, no form of communication except a written word from a long time ago.
