1st know whether u want to be with him & go out or not, i think u should go out & be with him - no harm if really loves u , accept his propsal & ask to meet him in a library & then go for sancks & coffee.,

Asking a girl out is not an easy thing to do, you know ?! Nothing is heavier than being turned down. If he really likes you, you need to ALLOW him to ask you out. A smile is very reassuring. Like... I want you to talk to me... or... I like you. That is the sign I would read as a welcoming sign that you like me.
On the other hand BE CAREFUL.... A guy that follows you around everywhere and does nothing else is not a good thing There are enough nutters around so , again, BE CAREFUL. Confide in another girl so somebody else is aware of the guy too.

don't worry just stay calm and patient maybe that guy is shy to ask you out. so you should give him a chance to talk with you more and you also talk with him and make him realize that you also like him and slowly he will ask you out. one more thing cuteness doesn't matter only one thing matter. only if you think he will keep you HAPPY then only you should go out with him.
