I have gained weight by taking these certain pills. I only have 3 weeks left after taking them for 6 months. I need some workouts for thighs, love handels, and stomach.

Do cardio exercises like runing walking back and forth up stairs playing sports like basketball tennis. If you have an ab lounge use weights, if not do situps or curls with weights it really works well.

Get a hula hoop and start hula hooping. It gets rid of love handles real quick. Thighs -- stand on one foot and raise your leg about six inches and hold it there while pointing your toes. Suck in your stomach as you do this and count to 20 slowly. Do that a few times on each leg several times per day. (This you can do while you're doing dishes or even putting clothes in the washer) You get the added benefit of improving your balance. While sitting in your car in traffic or at a light, suck in your stomach -- pushing it toward the back of the seat as far as you can. Now, exhale slowly counting as high as you can before you run out of air. Push your butt into the seat and tense your thighs (like you are going to sit an inch above the seat) and again count on your exhale. Once you can do that, ride a bicycle, walk, run, or play volleyball or tennis or skate or swim. Then practice pushing yourself away from the table and keep a food diary. You'll lose 10 pounds over a month or less. Good luck.

Best thing you could do is RUN! Running will desolve your thighs pretty quickly (Run at least 3 miles a day 4 days a week). If you want to get rid of your stomach, crunches are the way to go, and I mean crunches until you can't do them anymore. It might help to go to a gym and do weighted sit-ups if you want good results.
While you're doing that, do 5-6 small meals a day and stick with more protein than carbs (1 gram of protein for every 4 grams of carbs) Stay off the sugar and trans-fat.
