If they dont come on at all, then check your fuse. If they come on but dont blink, check your bulbs for a burnt out bulb.

OK checking the fuses is good one, The #1 fuse is your hazard Light it a red 10 amp fuse and # 13 is your turn signal fuse also a red 10 amp. their a flasher relay that control the Light to blink, its located on the driver side dash its on the right of steering wheel Column behind the lower trim pannel. It my be unplug or bad, sometime's a person working on it may have forgot to reconnected it. Like installing a alarm or new radio. The turn signal switch just could be bad.

Many times several pushes of the four way flasher switch will correct that problem. If not you will need a Nissan technician with the wiring diagram to sort out the problem.
