i also have lenses for sale and id like to see what is the price value on the cameras and lenses.

Best place I can think of is watch E-bay for a while and keep track of what you see things selling at. A "price guide" book is usually outdated by the time it comes back from the printers.
Things are only worth what people are willing to pay for them. E-bay or similar websites are your best bet.

I bought McKeowns Antique camera price guide on Amazon.com. They had several others for sale too.

I side with using ebay. You can search for the lenses you have to sell and see what they are bringing.
