I don't exactly have good luck in the dating department, and what makes matters worse is the fact that some of the guys who do approach me tend to be undesirable. They're sometimes physically unattractive or dorky. Even worse, they're sometimes married or otherwise taken! Do all women have to deal with this, or am I just a creep magnet?

I dont have a single female friend who doesnt have this problem. Certain people are just seen as approachable by certain groups. For some reason the people you mention just find it easier to approach women than most other guys do.
The ugly/dorky people are an exception-we dont like approaching anyone usually because they look at us like we're ugly/dorky--not sure why theyre approaching you, or why that is such a problem. Ugly/dorky people need love too!

Sometimes, 'completely unattractive' or ';dorky' could be the one your looking for, appearance is mearly a shell ( you only have to look at old actors to see that), and more annoyingly, men grow into their faces, making them more attractive when older than younger..A funny smart guy is definately better for you than an idiot with a fast car/fast cash!! Dont rule out the geeks!!! Ignore the idiots!!!

Yes, I would call what he is doing stalking. It isn't funny, or cool, it freaks you out. Next time you see him, ask him to quit following you around. Make sure there are some friends close by. If he continues, go to the cop shop, and report him. They will give advice, as well as a Woman's Assault Centre. This guy is playing head games, and power tripping, he has to stop!!!

Girl, I totally understand. It's like there is an invisible tattoo on my forehead or something that says..."All geeks, freaks and #$@holes, apply here!" Don't worry though, one day prince charming will come and sweep you off to his lily pad...lol! Just keep a positive attitude about the whole thing and try not to be too disgusted. Good luck!

guys only approach girls they think they have a shot at.
So.. you need to ask yourself. what am I doing that makes them think that.
Once you have that answer.. change what you are doing.
It could be how you dress, where you spend your time, how you talk, mannerisms, etc. so the next time a creep hits on you.. look around and at yourself and change one thing and see if that helps.
and yes.. everyone get hit on by twits... but if that is ALL that hit on you.. then you need to change things.

Why is someone a creep just because he is ugly? Physically unattractive people can be decent people too. Just because you don't want to date them doesn't mean that they aren't people too, just like you.
You sound a little creepy to me. Maybe you are attracting your own kind.

haha, I am pretty sure this happens to all of us. I usually attract hispanics which would not be a bad thing at all if they werent usually saying dirty dirty things in spanish and touching themselves as I walk by!

alot of girls deal with it, i know i've had creeps approach me, maybe he was drunk and thought he had a shot? lol i don't know.. or maybe he was just brave, cause he has to know your out of his league before he even opens his mouth, sometimes they think it's worth a shot, and sometimes they aren't as creepy as you first thought.. the ones that aren't creeps maybe to shy to approach you.
