I Won a grant, $4500.I actually believed her and gave her my account information.I deleted my account that morning cause my sis told me I was scammed.The lady is still calling my home and Ive already told her to leave me alone and stop calling my home. What should I do? Call the authorities???

PS. i never knew there were people that have jobs scamming people like this in China or something?

yes you can call your local police via the 7 digit non emergency #, not worth calling 911 for.
tell them the caller is fishing for your personal info and answer what ever questions the call taker asks you.
they will assign an officer who will speak with you and either investigate it or will turn it over to an internet crimes/fraud division.
you are good to cancel your account since you majory goofed by giving her your info.
remember grants have to be applied for you don't win them
same with lotteries, if you didn't enter you didn't win it
and if you are trying to sell something via craigslist or other way online and someone wants to send you a ck for over the amount then have you send the difference- that too is fraud

The good thing is that you close your account before something happen.
If this person keep bothering you, reported to the police.

Call the bank and report it. The police too if has a financial fraud unit.

Notify the police officials and tell them what is going on and they will certainly give her the right entertainment of jail time.
