Hey, I'm a Vile Temptress, Rachel is the VT Queen Goddess and Founder, Mullah is our High Priest, other members are Mama 24, Gorgeous TX Woman and countless others, Skalite is our band Manager (I'm the drummer by the way) and it was decided yesterday that Deke just may be the 'New Jesus'.

But I love Sister Zeal too!

(and I do not mean the "new Jesus" thing in any blasphemous way)

Other regulars:
Bettie Rage
Pangel
The Confirmed Atheist
Ramjet
Uncle Wayne
Quella Bella
Jack B - HOTness
HypnoPope (not to be mistaken for his clone: HypnoPunk)
Bonsai Bobby
Beano
Princess Prozac
Socmum
John O
Darth Cheney

Actually - there are quite a few and I could spend all morning trying to list them out. We'll happily take you as most of us don't fit into any exclusives or cliques anyway. Like for instance, yesterday, I was invited to be on two dodgeball teams - and I'm 36 and that's the first time in PE anyone's ever chosen me for a team! WOO HOO!

Welcome to the fold!

I've never been on Answers before. It's my very first time.
*all said with sarcasm radiating from ever pore*

I can't say I'm one of the regular clique. More of a regular with own clique, and some benefit of the 'regulars clique'.

It's like asking if I'm American (clique member) when I live underwater somewhere in between Detroit and that Canadian town (Canada = non-clique). I still live on the same continent though (Answers regular).

But then again I'm British, so none of the above makes any sense.

I say we are all "2cool2b4gotten." Of course, you never know who is who these days because of everyone trying to avoid the trolls that seem to have decided that the best place to carry out their evil ways is to pick off the R&S peeps. It is odd that they would go for the two people that never gave offense to anyone, regardless of their beliefs. Ramjet and Uncle Wayne were peacemakers. I think they were targeted because they unified most of the regulars under a common banner of fun and giggles. For short periods of time, everyone could revert to childlike behavior and just have a good time. Nobody was ever excluded from those little excursions. [ I would like to note that I have taken time to explain a raid if the uninitiated happens to stumble upon one in progress, and if you would email any of the participating members, I am sure you would get a warm explanation, and probably make a friend.] I guess the trolls hated it because everyone was like a child: innocent of hatred.

Edit: I will just put this out and wait for my violations to roll in. Somebody out there seems to be very unhappy with decent and respectful dialogue between people of all beliefs and lifestyles.

"Click beetles (family Elateridae), sometimes called elaters, skipjacks, snapping beetles, or spring beetles, are a cosmopolitan family characterized by the unusual click mechanism they possess. There are a few closely-related families in which a few members have the same mechanism, but all elaterids can click. A spine on the prosternum can be snapped into a corresponding notch on the mesosternum, producing a violent "click" which can bounce the beetle into the air. Clicking is mainly used to avoid predation, although it is also useful when the beetle is on its back and needs to right itself."

I agree, click beetles are really cool ... I used to have one when I was little, so I think that would mean ... oh wait ... you said "clique" ... oh wow ... sorry!

Well I've been here a year, which makes me a regular, but I'm certainly not in any cliques. I wouldn't know any names because they change their nics and avatars so often I can no longer keep track of them.

If it makes you feel better, I wasn't invited to the avatar dinner, either. *sigh*
