Penny, it's really sad that a person has to hate or dislike someone simply because they exist.
I've been in law enforcement for over 25 years, and I know there are those in the business who can be jerks, a**holes, racists, but to say you 'hate cops' is like saying you hate all postal employees because your mail was late.
The reason you sleep well tonight is because of 'cops'.
Hate them or Love them, it's necessary for ALL of us to have a line of protection from scum, murders, dope dealers, etc.
I hope that whatever burr is under your saddle goes away, because cops are here to stay and with an attitude like yours, you'll have a hard time in life.

I don't hate cops but some of them can be a pain. I like the nice ones who aren't mean and who aren't an a** to like anyone if you know what I mean. It's 50/50.

you are generalizing. Some are real ***** on powertrips and some know what you should be ticketed for and are willing to let small things slide. So i base a cop on their personality, but i do hate some laws. So it would propbably more pertinent to say i hate the law not cops.

I love all service men and women. Especially LEOs. You may not like us, but who do you call when you are a victim? I bet it isn't your neighbor...Nope it's the cops. GO FIGURE!

Policemen must not be hated but be allowed to implement the laws. However, those who are abusive must be reported to their superiors.
