Me and this guy have known each other for almost 2 years. We dated twice but it ended both times because of threats from one of my ex's. Now I've finally gotten that ex to leave me alone and I told this guy how I feel about him still and he said he feels the same way. So we went out to lunch with a couple of our friends and went back to my house. We made out and all that and I thought that maybe we'd get back together later, but the other day he told me that there is someone else. No they aren't dating, but they will be once she comes back. What should I do? He swears that he loves me and wants to be with me, but he doesn't go back on promises. What should I do?

i think he's just putting up an excuse to not be with you. If he really loved you, he would chose you! He doesnt want to break your heart, so he tells you that he "promised" this other girl something. But seriously, who wouldnt break a promise with someone else for the person he loves? You should move on!! He probably doesnt have the guts to tell you that he doesnt want a relationship with you, so he came up with this excuse. You should find someone who will care about you and deserves your love. this guy doesnt seem to be the one

Sounds like he likes the other girl more than you. If he chooses you though you have to think ahead. he started going out with you when he was still going out with another girl. That could happen to you. Who wants to take that chance when there are many more guys you could date. I say he sounds like a player. And most players don't change. Who wants to be played?? I say forget him and get someone else. Let is be his lost not yours.

fo get about it...like the italians do...find someone new, it took you so long to ditch the other dude so dont go jumping into another serious relationship....plus im a firm beleiver that if you and that guy were meant to be then some how some way god will make paths cross again! good luck.....

Dont go near him again...he's a liar and a looser...if he wanted you and loved you he would dump the other girl...he doesnt and he wont so have nothing to do with him...be warned...it may make him want you more

What a player, I think he's going through that phase when guys think they're the "sh*t".
He'll go out with this girl, then he'll relize that you're the one for him.
