Pangel, The Late Carl Sagan said in one of his books about the existence of extraterrestrial civilizations, "Absence of evidence is NOT evidence of absence". I find that to be equally applicable to the existence or non-existence of God(ess). The divine may not PHYSICLLY bve everywhre but IS everywhere spiritually. and that, by definition, makes any sort of proof of his/her existence an impossible likelyhood. Essentially all thet we are left with is our Beliefs which are based on Faith, and Faith alone. One cna neither prove nor disprove the existence of the spiritual because the spiritual lies OUTSIDE of the Physical, Mundane means of measurement and detection.

Why yes, I can. Just keep going along those same lines. Find no proof that God exists anywhere. Check everywhere all the time too since he may have been gone the last time you checked at the corner. There, now you have no proof that God exists anywhere, at anytime and are therefore, omniscient, making yourself a God and proving yourself wrong.

There is no way that G-d can be proven to someone, in the sense that you are asking for proof. Faith and belief in spiritual things is based on personal experiences, thoughts, and inner feelings. It is shaped by the way I view the world around me.

You do not believe in G-d, that is why you are an Atheist. You pose this question not because you want to learn about Him, through spiritual thought processes; but in an attempt to discredit religion.

You look at the world through the senses of physical evidence, which is possible to attain with the use of science. But science does not and can't deal with emotional responses; such as faith, belief, philosophical reasoning, and supernatural issues. Understandings in the world of the supernatural can't be tested, researched, or studied by science; but that does not and will not make them unimportant or nonexistent.

This issue can bounce back and forth forever, we will get no where; meanwhile the world is passing us by. You can see this world, through the limited view of science, if you want. I will continue to believe in G-d and see this physical and spiritual side of our world. I know that G-d is real, that the Bible is His Word, and that science is not the determinant of all things in, on, or around this world.

Just remember that science is still looking for the “missing links” and oh, and by the way; from the world of science – how are those lab tests going on reconstructing the Big Bang? Do we have scientific proof from documented laboratory tests, yet? Um, I guess that makes the Big Bang Theory invalid? Since, it can’t be tested in a lab.

Since you're buying, I'll have a Guinness. ;-)

Proof of any religion is in the eyes of the beholder. The proof that I can give will only tell you why I chose the way I did. Without knowing your "proof," and without knowing you, I can't prove or disprove anything with regards to your beliefs. This is, however, quite an interesting way to phrase the the drinking question.

Thanks for the beer. :-D

Neither does anyone else. Faith is defined as belief without the benefit of proof. The existence of God depends upon faith and hence there can never be proof of his existence. If proof were to be found, God would cease to be a mystery and would not be able to have faith invested into him. If you believe, you must hope that no one ever proves the existence of God.

Yes but you will have to look up, Psalms 19: 1, states the heavens tell of the glory of God. I was awed when i took a look at the photos Hubble took, he said he put them there and knows them by the name he had gave them, then this scripture knocked my socks off, Matthew 10:30, And even the very hairs of your head are numbered. WOW, what proof.

If you just look at your self and look at the earth and all the thing in the earth and in the sky, then you will see that all these thing are suitable and created for the humans and for the living and the benefit of the humans. After that, just think about that little bit, is all of that is just coincidence or it's created by the God to make all the universe in this perfection of creation.

For some things, perhaps there isn't any proof one way or the other. Maybe you just have to consider the evidence for both sides of the subject and decide for yourself which side makes the best points.

I have no proof that love exists, but it would be impossible for me to deny that it does.

I think You have been drinking too much today, sister.

anyone who asks this question is very confused, but doing this will eliminate the confusion (for You too):

Have UnConditional Love and Peace by accomplishing this:
Create Your Relationship with Our Creator.

UnConditional Love and Peace is the only answer.

I see where many people got deceived. Your slant on a drinking question doesn't belong in the Religion & Spirituality catagory.
