I know it is some type of fragrence thingy ??? Maybe.

Actually, it's a wild cat (scientific name Lynx lynx). It's slightly larger than the Bobcat. It has distinctive tips on its ears (called lynx-tips in the cat-breeding world), and large feet; the tail is more of a stub. Rather beautiful, too, which is it's downfall.

Perhaps some fragrance company is using the name.

I believe it's related to the bobcat, but generally prefers colder climates. So, it's paws are hairier and its camouflaged coat is heavier, but a lighter shade, in the winter.
