I think about it, sure, but I think people who don't have kids yet worry more. People who have kids think they're beautiful - it really doesn't matter what anyone else thinks, as long as you think your own child is beautiful.
I worry more about one being way more attractive than the other, and having to deal w/ resentment and bitterness...kind of a "Bluebird and a Sparrow" situation.

Evidently you are thinking about it also, but let me tell you that when you hold that baby in your arms for the first time, and you are looking at it through the eyes of a Mother, it is the most beautiful baby in the whole world. And even though they all go through some homely stages, to Mums everywhere they are all beautiful.

No, not at all. I've seen really gorgeous couples have some not so good looking kids and unattractive couples have cute kids. I married a good looking guy (not drop-dead gorgeous, but not ugly either) and we have adorable kids-at least everyone tells us so. I think it's shallow basing everything on just looks.

Everyone thinks their own children are beautiful, so no I don't think people worry about it, they just "know" they will have beautiful children.
I had a beautiful first child and I know my second one will be beautiful too! My husband is a very nice looking man and everyone says my daughter looks just like him, so I am sure our second daughter will be just as nice looking as my husband and our first daughter! I'm not worried!

Yes I was, when I was pregnant I was scared I would have ugly children. But I don't, I am told all the time that my little girls are adorable! But even if I did, I would not think that and I would love them the same!

I worry about my kids being too pretty - I don't like it when my daughters' looks draw attention from grown men - it's creepy. Even creepier when grown people tell me how "pretty" my son is. I back away slowly, and go about my business, but there is a gibbering creature in my brain that is hauling butt and screaming "PEDOPHIIIILLLLLE!"

Actually my kids were oddly enough gorgeous when they were born and get prettier and handsomer every day. I have four kids and with everyone I had truly said to myself ok not all of them can be pretty but you know what and I get told this they really are all beautiful.

yes ofcourse , my first kid is so pretty people stop us in malls/theaters and compliment. Obviously i want to repeat the feat. Infact kinda scared if my second baby is not as beautiful she/he may live under the elders shadow.
