Fun Places to eat in New York?

I'm Going to NYC for my 22nd B-day, and I'm a crazy, fun person. Are there any places that have a fun/cool/colorful environment and good food too? And what are some pretty cool places period?

We really liked Bubba Gumps. Its themed after the movie Forrest Gump. If you liked the movie youll love this place.
Its in Times Square. Ask for a table by the window so you can see Times Square and people watch. Good menu and good drinks also. Reasonably priced.

Jekyll and Hyde Restaurant and Bar 91 7th Avenue South. Fun and interesting place.
