Like I saw this guy who was supposed to have the prt on the side,but somehow it ended up below his forehead.

I would politely tell him that his hair is messed up and he might want to comb it. That way he will at least look in a mirror and see the problem and you won't have mentioned his rug outright.

Lol, if I didn't know him I probably wouldn't tell him. Some people actually get offended if someone tries to help them.
