how do stop high metabolism or slow down?

Do you have a medical diagnosis of to high a metabolism?
If not do not do anything.
Or you could send it to me - I'd love to have a higher metabolism.

Why would you want to interfere with it? You are suppose to use the restroom the same amount of times you eat. So if you eat 3 meals a day and use the restroom 3 times a day that's great. If you go more than explained then I would speak to a doctor.
