Those of us that have been used, abused, and tossed aside.
Those of us that have put our hearts and souls into everything just to be hurt continuously.
Those of us that have had the life just sucked out of us.
Those of us that trusted too much and gave too much, and received nothing but pain.
Those of us that have been lied to and cheated on far too many times.

Everyone is born with a heart!.. its how they are raised as a child that matters. If they recieved alot of unconditional love growing up then they will love, and love with all there heart. I have two boys and they are a handful at times but you know what?..even when I get mad at them I say (my kids name here) I love you! They know that dad isn't happy with them at the moment but you know they also know that dad loves them. So to answer your question after a trip around South Africa...(sorry!) Who cannot love ? Those that where never given a chance to love or had alot of pain trying to love. take care Clinton. oh and because you asked such a simple question with so much behind it I'll give you a star! yeah!!!!

Just about anyone else can LEARN how to love - it is NOT a natural born behavior!
