Are you male or female? How old? These facts matter as to what answers you get.
If male, take the extra time. Get a manicure, take extra time on your hair, and give lots of attention to your shoes. Girls notice the little things.
If you are female, why did you break up? If you are high maintenance, don't go all out. Look more casual. After all, it's Vegas.
The most important thing for impressing an ex (hey as juvenile as it is, we all do it!!) that you don't want to get back together with is to IGNORE THEM. If you are running up to them, they feel superior b/c you want them back so badly you are drooling. If you are ignoring them, they are staring at you, drooling and feeling bad about the fact that it is completely one-sided!

someone else just posted this and i wanted to add that the person who speaks first is the one who does not have the power. so if you see your ex and you look fantastic...... if you are a girl, a short form fitting dress, heels, and loose hair .....think paris hilton out in vegas.... if you are a guy, dark pant, black shoes, white ben sherman shirt untucked, with a dark blazer over it. do not be the one who says hello first. keep a "just looking over the whole room "bemused look on your face, and do not speak to your ex.. keep a calm demeanor at all times, and you will make a good impression. at the reception hold ! a drink but do not drink it. do not eat. these actions will drive your ex crazy. sit straight. you will drive your ex crazy with your self control. wait for it.....your ex will come over to say hi before the day is done. haha

There are many fashion sites you can go to for the latest fashions. Myself from my own experience was to be cordial to them but yet be myself and enjoy the wedding. Thats what really makes the impression. Fact is you could look like a million but do it for yourself not for the ex. For the latest fashion styles just google it.
