I agree with what Ish said above. Balance bars are a great source of nutrition but should not comprise a majority of your diet. You first have to look at why you are choosing to consider this. If, as someone else suggested, you are trying to lose weight, your plan might help you. However, think about what might happen in six months when you get down to your desired weight and you want to start eating real food again. You'd balloon. And you can't realistically keep that diet for the rest of your life. Or maybe you're busy enough that you don't have any time to sit down and eat a meal, and this is why you'd like to eat only Balance bars. If this is the case, it doesn't matter whether or not your diet is healthy, because the stress of the schedule that cuts out eating time should be killing you without help from any other unhealthy habits (like eating only Balance bars).
I think you should re-examine your motives for wanting to follow this eating regimen. If you want to lose weight, the only proven way to do this long-term is to eat less and exercise more. However, the "eat less" part still requires you to follow the food pyramid for optimal results, eating a mixture of grains, fruits and vegetables, and proteins daily. Try eating salads, grilled meats, and whole grains, and if you're on the go, low-fat yogurts, fruit, or Subway sandwiches are all ready in a hurry. Balance bars are rarely the answer.

Nope! It is not considered as a "Complete Meal option"
Having balance bar may be once a day is fine....
It is better to eat a proper balanced meal which has natural nutrients in it:
A proper balanced meal consist of:
1) Vegetables
2) Protein
3) Healthy carbohydrate.

There is nothing other than the slimy oatmeal stuff in "The Matrix" that can provide all of your nutritional needs. Work with a trainer or dietitian to be sure you don't make yourself sick.
