Dude, don't worry about your weight.
If you think you are under weight, you will fill out over the next 4 or 5 years.
If you think you weigh too much, eat healthier foods and get more active. Swimming, bike riding, walking, jogging, whatever might interest you.
I'm 40 and 5' 7". I'll tell you this, I'd rather weigh 140lbs than the 220lbs that I'm currently dragging around.

Hi,
I've tried so many different diets in the last 10 years that I can say now, they don't work!
A few months ago, I came across a great product for weight loss and like many others I was skeptical about it. But I really wanted to lose weight and I tried it. The results were excellent and I lost 20 pounds in 2 months. I felt fantastic and I dropped another 5 pounds safely. That's why I recommend you check this product at http://www.fit-thin.info where they have a free trial and you only pay 5.49$ shipping and handling.
Good luck!

i think of youre healthful, until you devour a brilliant variety of Junk food and all that different undesirable issues. attempt to benefit purely a splash of weight, I also have a pal who's sixteen, going to teach 17 quickly, and he's heavily super super skinny and weighs one hundred ten-ish, around there, yet i think of you ought to aim to benefit some weight. Im sixteen, 6"a million and weigh 224, and thats lots, lol, yet im on a food plan, attempting to weigh one hundred eighty
