Its probably along the firewall somewhere close to the passenger side. If its still drains somewhat use the a/c and watch where it drains from. Replacing the hose would be the best bet but you could use a smaller snake to snake it out if you wanted to.

Assuming you don't have a duel A/C system that has a separate evaporator coil in the rear cargo area:
It is under the dash on the inside of the passenger compartment. Best way to reach it if you think it's plugged is from under the van through the little drain tube. I'd use a pipe cleaner that has had any loose lint pulled off with your fingers, first, so you don't leave any lint inside the hole/tube.
If you have a shop-vac with those tiny accessory attachments designed for cleaning things like car air vents and computer keyboards, you might get the slender tip of the attachment on the drain tube to suck out anything that might be obstructing the drain tube like a dead bug or dust/lint.
Good Luck!

It is on the passenger side of the firewall close to where your left foot would sit if you are sitting in the passenger seat. You have to get at it from underneath. All it is is a piece of right angle shaped piece of formed rubber that slips over a nipple that is attached to the HVAC ducts inside the car. To clean the nipple and the rubber part is pretty easy. Just pull it off and wash the nipple. The plastic part you might have to poke at a little if there is a bunch of crap in it. Usually the plugging happens right in the nipple. Good luck.

Never touch the A/C system on any vehicle it is under pressure and it can release the gas into the atmosphere. you must take it to an A/C specialist to evacuate it using a special machine.
