i'm working out for about 30 minutes a day and i'm not eatting any bread produce. i'm only eatting fuits, veggies, chicken, and pork.

First of all, I want to say that this is NOT healthy . . . but I did it . . . so I can't point fingers.
For the past month I have reduced my diet to 600 calories a day. You can eat WHATEVER you want . . . so long as your entire daily intake falls below 600 calories. I dropped 1-2 lbs a day. 1 lb the first two days because I was terribly hungry and I tended to overeat to 700 calories.
But now I don't crave much food so I'm still losing around 2 lbs a day.
The key to losing weight is to eat less calories than you consume. Look out for "negative calorie foods" (foods that burn more calories to digest it than to eat it) like broccoli. You can eat ALL the broccoli, all day, and you'll lose weight. Add some cheese on it and you're starting to add a few more calories.
I'm down to about a half cup of spaghetti a day and peached tea and I look better than Jlo.
It's a crash diet. The problem is: if you ever go off this diet, you're going to gain weight again. Be careful.

Workout more than 30 minutes if you want to lose more. Just add high arerobic exercise10-15 mins more at a different part of the day and make sure that your heart rate is up. Drink plenty water, get good rest, and concsiously make different choices all week. Walk that few extra blocks to do an errand, keep a 1-cup measuring cup handy to keep your portion sizes down, take a vitamin, move your feet under the work desk, do the twist in the shower, and keep upbeat music handy while you are doing chores (plus chores make you lose calories so nows the time to clean). It sounds as though you have wisely chosen a well rounded diet that helps your body release weight rather than depriving it. However, I would never recommend trying to loose 10-15lbs in so short a time. Bodies do not adjust well to such radical changes. It is likely that your skin will not have time to adjust leaving loose unsightly pieces around your fattiest areas. It also makes it harder for you to keep the weight off. If you are loosing weight because of health problems, this may not concern you, but if this is for aesthetics as well, take it slow. Create a healthy rounded average proportioned diet with excersize. Be patient. You'll loose weight.

You won't lose 10-15 pounds in a week unless you cut off a leg. You're doing all the right things (except the pork). You'll lose weight, but if you want it to come off faster, increase your workout time and intensity. You also need to watch the quantity of food you're consuming, not just what you're consuming.

working out 30 mins a day won't lose you 10lbs a week. Try for at least an hour a day and reduce your calorie intake by 200 per day. Anyway you shouldn't be losing 10lbs a week. If you're going to be losing so much weight you should see your doctor first.

haha the first one is so wrong you CANT lose 10-15 lbs in a week by working about 30m min a day you mean like 2-3 hours maybe and no pork

Losing that much weight that fast isn't safe.
Drink lots and lots and lots and lots of water every day. You will pee off 10 lbs in about 10 days. Stop drinking water and the 10lbs will come back in no time.

I'm sorry, but unless you are drastically overweight the most you can safely lose in a week is about 3lbs. Take the weight off slowly! It will be better in the long run because it won't slow your metabolism or harm your body.

It's not healthy or possible to lose that much weight that fast. The only way is meth, and you sure don't wanna do that :). Just keep eating small portions of healhy food, drink plenty of water, and do both muscle training and fat burning exercises.

continue to eat healthy and excercise,and you will loose weight, but don't expect 10-15 pounds to come off in a week that amount is not healthy in such a short period of time
