I am so tired of people saying "I workout all the time" or "I barely eat anything". It is a simple scientific equasion. Burn more calories than you eat.

I agree with you about those sayings!

Some people are just lazy to exercise. Walking is the best exercise for a starter and slowly built yourself up into weights, or the exercise machines. No one can workout all the time, your body needs a rest from all of those workouts!!!

The eating part varies on different people eating habits, some eat a big meal or small meals. People's habits of eating is different because their stomachs are different for handling foods, and other just have medical conditions that prevents them from eating that much.

I believe in eating everything in moderation, and for exercise I walk everyday depending on how I feel but I still walk for a short time or at least 45 min with my dog.

Too right! I hate it when people try to blame their obesity on a variety of excuses, when the real reason is that they just don't have the drive to do a bit of exercise!
