No...because God created MAN in his own image. He just created women so we'd have something to play with.

You are Catholic then you know today, Aug 15, is Assumption of Mary into Heaven.
She is our Heavenly Mother.
The Mother of Jesus Christ.
As I do not know facts of the rest of the religions I can't speak for them.

It is only logical that there is one. We refer to God as our Heavenly Father. He created us in His image so if He is a man then He would have had a "female" model as well for women. It's just logical.

We do not believe that Mary is like God, however she did give birth to God's Only Begotten Son, so to deny that there is a Holy Mother is to deny Christ our Savior, and denying Him as the Son of God. God created Mary especially for the purpose of giving birth to His Son, that is why He created her without the stain of original sin. However, she still had free will, and could have said no when the angel came to her, but she said Yes, don't you think we owe her some homage for choosing to give birth to Our Redeemer? Even though that meant severe hardships for her?

I have a awesome hymn you should read it's called "O my father" its in the LDS Hymn book. One line of the hymn says "Truth is reason truth eternal tells me I've a mother there." Its on page 292 in the LDS hymn book. I think we are the only religion that believes there is a heavenly mother.
I hope you can find the song if not email me and i will send you it.

Genesis 1
26 And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth.
27 So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.
Us and our mean there was more than one. Created in the image, male and female is clear as well, they were created after the pattern in heaven. God is our Father, we are his children, the scriptures are full of these statements. Was there ever a child created without both a father and a mother?

No, the Bible gives no indication of this. Mary was a human, with a sin nature, who had sin and died. Is she saved? I would guess yes. But she is no more important than any other saint who died in Christ. She was not the "mother of God", she was the mother of the human Jesus, nothing more.

Yes. Logic. In heaven are parents single?
You will not find much on this topic. If God endures hatred, and contempt, he would shield Her.

No. There is no such thing as a "heavenly mother".
In Isaiah, God said, "THere are no other gods besides me. There were no gods here before me, and there were no gods formed after me. I alone am God and there is no other."
If God is our Heavenly Father, then to assume the existence of a "heavenly mother" is to assume a second god to whom God is married. But God already said there is none other besides Himself.

Nowhere in the Bible is a "Heavenly Mother" mentioned (or needed). Happy trails.
