Don't know about over there, but in Australia it's illegal to make harassing and nuisance phone calls. Tell him if he doesn't stop calling you will contact the police. Talk to your phone company and the police about this. As for emails, you can set up a filter to block his emails if you like. This is easily done using outlook express if that's what you're using. If using a web mail service, some of them allow you to set up a blocked email list, some don't. In any case mark his email as spam too! Maybe that'll filter it out. Last resort is to change your email addy (easy with web mail, not so easy with pop3/outlook express) and let your friends and family know the new one.

Spam his email and block his phone calls. If he still gets through on the phone do not say another word to him, just hang up. He will get tired of hearing the dial tone, and not any words from you and will give up. Don't feed into him by yelling at him, or begging him to leave you alone. He will take that as communication, and will continue to harass you.

same thing happened to me. I didnt want to hurt his feelings and say.. i dont wanna go out with u cuz u ugly loll.
but he did ask me out over the computer, and i lied and said i had a boyfriend. Or you an just tell him hes not ur type. You gotta say sumthing or else hes gonna keep bothering you. You'll be relieved after u do it trust me. Or try to get a guy friend, or a friend to act like a guy to get on the phone when he calls u, and make them act like ur boyfriend loll.

Let him down easy! Hopefully he's not some kind of nut-job that'll keep bothering you. Good luck and be careful!
