Some friends of mine were trying to install a sub and amp. When one of them unplugged something out of my amp, everything went bad. We checked fuses under the hood and in the door, there are no fuses underneath the dash. None of the fuses were bad and I am completely stumped, any advice is very welcome. THANKS

Either you have a bad ground causing a short,
or, worse, fried the electronics,
or you inadvertenly disconnected a different wire.

In threading the new wire (power or speaker) through the vehicle, you may have accidentally stripped it, which, if it makes contact with any other exposed metal or wire would cause a short.

Look at the new wiring to see if bare wire is touching metal where it shouldn't. Unfortunately, this may mean disconnecting and pulling out all the wire to check it out.

Good luck!

Make sure that you checked all the fuses and that they are good. Sometimes they look alright when they are not good. You could have fried a wire of something when you were unplugging wires.
