ELECTRONIC ON/OFF TIMER CIRCUIT wanted.?

From where can I get a "cyclic timer" circuit (or a ready-made device in India) for a 2 tonnes A.C. so as to switch ON for half an hour and then switch it OFF for the next half an hour.

I don't know about in India, but ICM controls makes a duty cycle timer for just that type of application. Use the duty-cycle time to control the contactor that operates the compressor and fan.
