My kitten is about the same age and has the same problem. Chances are it's an upper respiratory infection, and she needs to be taken to a vet and prescribed antibiotics.
If you have any other cats, it is contagious, so you should get her treated asap to hopefully avoid your other cats from getting sick as well.

At one week old, your kitten is likely to become very sick because their immune system is not top notch. Sniffing and a runny nose could be a very simple cold. You should take the kitten to the vet to be checked out. A little cold could turn into a big problem. Better to go to the vet than to possibly have it get worse and turn into a serious issue.

I got my kitten at ten weeks, she was very wild, just tearing around the house all day. I took her to the vet for diarrhea and found out she had a severe upper respiratory infection, she still ate, she still played, you wouldn't know she was sick. EDIT your kitten sounds like she has an upper respiratory infection, which I understand are very common in kittens.

Has she had her distemper shot yet, the distemper shot also protects against 2 or 3 different respiratory problems cats tend to get. Cats are highly susceptible to respiratory problems. I would take her to the vet, get her on some antibiotics (probably Amoxi-drops, they are easy to give) and once she clears up get her a distemper shot.

Sounds like an upper respiratory infection, she probably just needs some antibiotics, it's pretty common.
