OK, lets be real, The bronx is the most impoverished messed up part of the New York City area along with Newark. If you walking in most parts of the bronx, you MUST carry around some sort of weapon, you MUST to be safe.
You have a decent chance of being killed in a gang crossfire or mugged. Most people are poor that live in tall, scummy, brown public housing projects, with 15 kids. There is a lot of pollution...ewww. I'm done
....and what the hell are you smoking, HOW is the Bronx friendly? The only way you can think this is if you are constantly hit on by men. Tell me some "fun" things to do in the Bronx (except to get the best crack)? Not a lot of violence??!!??? Is this a serious question or a joke question?
Harlem is better, btw, but not by far.

I love the Bronx but to say there isn't a lot of violence and everyone is nice isn't true. The south Bronx there is enough violence to make up for the rest of the borough.
And add me to your friends, you couldn't be more wrong about the Bronx, I just love it when people that don't know anything about the Bronx try to act like they do just based on a bad reputation the Bronx has received for no reason. You are 100% wrong.

The bronx is in manhattan. that's a burough of long island ( a city interior a city. And NO it is not a ghetto. The bronx has alot of appealing fancy factors and it has its "decrease income factors" only like very almost each and all of the cities around the U. S. have.

The Bronx is coming back better than ever. Great people, great food, great transportation, some great old apts. One of the best apts I lived in was one of those big old places with the sunken living room and the other rooms were huge! The Bronx is the only part of the city that is part of the rest of the states. (it is the only borough that is on the mainland, unless you count the teeny part of manhattan called marble hill)
