get someone, who knows nothing about unloading a dishwasher, to do it and then punish them when they do it wrong

There is no specific way of unloading the dishwasher. So if you're this unsure about something so simple, you shouldn't have moved out of your parents' house yet.

Singing "Praise the Lord", thank you for allowing me to unload this magnificent dishwasher one more time! Amen.

First, you make sure the dishes are cleansed from all of their uncleanness.
Second, the dishes must be separated from all that is unclean.
Third, they must be put in a place where they can be of use to those in need.
Fourth, this place of usefulness in the cabinet should be determined by the creator's specific design for that vessel.

You 'rapture' up the good dishes and leave those still dirty in their sin to repent in the next wash.

Just pray, it will do the work itself.

Matthew 17:20 :
For truly, I say to you, if you have faith as a grain of mustard seed, you will say to this mountain, 'Move from here to there,' and it will move; and nothing will be impossible to you."

Matthew 21:21:

I tell you the truth, if you have faith and do not doubt, not only can you do what was done to the fig tree, but also you can say to this mountain, 'Go, throw yourself into the sea,' and it will be done. If you believe, you will receive whatever you ask for in prayer."

Mark 11:24:
Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours.

John 14 :
12 "Truly, truly, I say to you, he who believes in me will also do the works that I do; and greater works than these will he do, because I go to the Father. 13 Whatever you ask in my name, I will do it, that the Father may be glorified in the Son; 14 if you ask anything in my name, I will do it.

Seems to me that jesus says very clearly that anyhing you ask for in prayer will be given to you if you truely believe.

Humbly, and with the understanding that it is work, and therefore an honorable pursuit.
