actually yarn, there are far more 'christians' in this country's jails than atheists...and by now you should have realized that 'christians' are the most offensive, divisive, intolerant, immoral, and nauseatingly preachy people on the planet. but, their time is coming to and end...can i get an amen?

1. Do you know everyone at your church and all of their business? No.
2. Do you like gossiping about others? No.
3. Do you refuse to take your children or yourself to the doctor because you believe God will heal you? No.
4. Do you believe in equal rights for all people? I believe we 'people' have the same rights.
5. Are you seen as someone who rams their faith down other people's throats? That issue is something you would have to get from them currently.
6. Do you donate to any non-Christian organizations? Icould; it does not mean I currently do.
7. Would you march with Fred Phelps in protest of a gay parade? No.
8. Do others think you are kind and compassionate? Yes
It amazes me how so many Christians continue to believe that they are the ONLY kind, moral people on the face of the Earth. Speaking personally for now here; I do not believe 'Christians' have a monopoly on being kind, moral people on Earth.

1. No way. My church has nine separate services and thousands of members. For the church I grew up in though, the answer is yes. I spent 18 years there and we were more of a small community than anything else.
2. Sometimes, I do. I know it can be harmful, and I can be awfully catty, so I try not to.
3. I don't have any kids. I usually don't go to the doctor because I don't want to spend the money even though I have a great insurance plan.
4. Yup.
5. I don't think so. I'd have to ask around, but I'm pretty sure the general consensus on R&S would be "no."
6. Yes, I'd say 75% of my donations go to non-Christian organizations.
7. No way. I'd probably be in the parade with my friends.
8. Yup.

1. Do you know everyone at your church and all of their business?
No, but hopefully I'll be getting to know more and more people better and better.
2. Do you like gossiping about others?
No, but I know that I do it sometimes unfortunately.
3. Do you refuse to take your children or yourself to the doctor because you believe God will heal you?
No, but I do believe that God is the Healer and I will only be healed if it is by Him through the instruments He chooses (such as doctors and medicine).
4. Do you believe in equal rights for all people?
Yes.
5. Are you seen as someone who rams their faith down other people's throats?
I don't think so, but I might be too "hard core" for some.
6. Do you donate to any non-Christian organizations?
Occasionally, but I primarily donate to my church and other organizations I agree with doctrinally.
7. Would you march with Fred Phelps in protest of a gay parade?
No.
8. Do others think you are kind and compassionate?
I would like them to see the love of Christ through me, but I don't know.
I didn't find these questions offensive at all. Thanks. =)

Of course Christians are not the only kind and moral people on earth. But they are among the most kind and moral people on earth. And, no, I am not a Christian.
The only group I take issue with is Atheists. They are too dishonest with themselves and others. What they have is a belief system no more valid than any religion (indeed it is actually a secular religion, itself) yet they pretend to be supported by science. They are no more supported by science than Christianity is supported by science.
They claim to be moral but have no moral absolutes since they have no God. They have only moral relativism which, if one really looks past the rhetoric, is no morality at all.
Choose not to believe in God if that is your wish. But don't sit there and pretend that to posess knowledge that other do not. There is no proof that God exists nor is there proof that he does not exist. Absence of proof does not prove absence as I have seen some Atheists here claim. That is ridiculous even on a scientific level.
Until someone invented a microscope, we did not know microbes existed. That did not mean that they did not exist. Until someone finds a species of flower never seen before that does not mean the flower did not exist. I am sure there are many things here on earth that we have not yet discovered and are totally unaware of. That does not mean they don't exist.
What no Athiest has yet to explain is why anyone who really believes there is no God and this mortal life is all there is wastes their time doing anything but seeking as much pleasure as possible in the limited time they have left. Morality? What for?

Not a *Christian* per say, but I want to answer!
1. Don't go to church but when I did, I didn't know everyone and thier business. I'm not the nosy type.
2. I don't *like* gossiping about others, but it happens.
3. Nope. I just don't have health insurance and I believe a lot of doctors don't know much about nutrition. I prefer the holistic type.
4. Yes!!! As long as they aren't hurting anyone or anything (intentionally) then rock on!
5. Nope, but if you ask me I'll tell you. But I don't believe that my faith is the one and only *true* one.
6. Yup, at times. Most of the time I like helping those here in my town personally so I know where my $ and items are going.
7. No way, Jose.
8. I would hope so, but I really don't care what others think of me.
I think all these questions are good ones. Not only are they interesting, but they allow us to really examine ourselves and our lives. Rock on!

I'm Christian, and have no problems at all with Atheists. Not all of us push people to believe in God. I respect what you believe.
For the answering:
1) no
2) no
3) no, I don't have children. When I do, I will certainly take them to the doctor when they're sick.
4) yes
5) no
6) yes
7) *Don't know who that is, so I won't answer it*
8) Most people do
I'm sorry that you are offended, but I just want to say that religion doesn't control your life and not all of us have the same views on Atheists. <33

There are two types of Christians, overcomers and non-overcomers. The 'grocery list' Christians believe that everyone should think and act like them. That's childish thinking at best, and down right mean-spirited at worst. Bless their little hearts, they are the victims of organized religion's 'don't and do' list.
It never ocurres to them that God is not into xerox reproduction, but unique one of a kind creation. God went to a lot of trouble to make us individuals with our own finger prints, DNA, and likes and dislikes. Why in heaven's name would God want millions of automatons?

#1. As the Pastor, yes. All of their business? Impossible. Only God is Omniscient. If you define "business" as "issues" that a congregant might be struggling with, then yes, as a pastor I at times can be consulted on matters that they feel unable to address alone spiritually.
#2. The fastest way to lose a congregation, split a church, or get youself ousted as a pastor is to gossip. So, no.
#3. No, that is silly. Like science, medicine is here through God's creativity, and by His will. Luke was a physician, and when you read his account on the island with Paul, you will see that Luke aided in treating the sick!
#4. All "people" are "Human", ergo, they are all "equal". All are God's creation. (Acts 10:34 "Then Peter opened his mouth, and said, Of a truth I perceive that God is no respecter of persons:")
#5. No. Ours is only to "Plant the seed.". It is the Holy Spirit that waters it unto salvation. Beating someone over the head with a Bible does not save them, it is by God's grace that we are saved, not by our works.
#6. As a matter of fact, our church donates money to "Jewish Voice", a messianic jewish organization. And Messianic Jews are NOT Christians. I personally donate to the VFW, support the local Girl Scouts through cookie purchases, and donate books to our local library when I no longer have need of them.
#7. No. He is a heretic who spreads heresy and hatred. His doctrine that he advocates glorifies satan, and not God. God hates the sin, but loves the sinner. Homosexuality is no worse a sin than adultry, theft, lies, greed, idolotry, etc... To specifically persecute a person or persons for a particular sin goes against Christ himself... (John 8:7 "So when they continued asking him, he lifted up himself, and said unto them, He that is without sin among you, let him first cast a stone at her.")
#8. Others think I am a human just like them. A person that makes errors just like they do, a person who sins and needs to ask forgiveness, and needs to repent just like they do. That is the way I preach it, that is the way I demand it to be, and that is the way it should always be. I try my best to walk in the way of Christ. Sometimes I succeed, sometimes I fail. But God is always faithful to bless my success, and forgive my failures.

1- Nope, I don't go to church.
2- I don't like to, but I am guilty of doing it from time to time.
3- No, I have a daughter with a kidney infection and one with
asthma. God gave us the intelligence to understand
medicine and what to do with it.
4- Yes I do. Everyone deserves to be treated with respect
and dignity.
5- Nope, but if you are in the religion and spirituality
section on YA belittling God and those who follow
him, I will defend my beliefs.
6- I don't know if I do are not, to be honest. I dont look for
a big blinking neon "christian" sign when I donate to charity.
7- No. It is not my place to judge a person based on thier
sexual preference.
8- Usually.
I bet you are a little suprised to find that I didn't act all "holier than thou", huh? Thats because I am a person just like you are, and I am not perfect. I sin. Jesus knows this, and thats why he died on the cross, so that I may be forgiven. I do not think that Christians are the only kind and compassionate people on earth, in fact, I know alot who are very judgemental, and thats why I do not belong to a Church. I love God for what he blesses me with. I love him for loving me. I dont have to go to a chruch to say thank you to Him. I can do it anywhere. I can talk to him whenever and however I please. He has blessed me and my family. He has blessed you too. I am thankful.
