I feel like I have no hope. Can't get a decent, non-manual labor job because I have a record. I literally thinking about ending life as I know it. Anyone know where I might be able to go for help?

Yes, I would definetely help you. First of all get rid of your previous record, whatever it is, have a faith in your sicerety and loyality. Help is available with you only so do not cry for the help. 'God help those who help themselves'. Thnaks as well as may God help to help yourself.

If you have a record, go back to your P.O. and tell him/her that you want to volunteer to repair some of the damage that was done. They are very sensitive to this.. not only that but they all ready know where you probably can or can not volunteer at. There is also the local employment office they can help you with finding some training that could help you and counsel you.

Help yourself....go to an accredited community college or trade school....unless your criminal record is for defaulting on student loans or homicide, you should be able to get a grant. When you're at the bottom, the only way you can go is up. Also, local mental health services can be based on your pay or could be free if you qualify.

I would contact a Religious Organization that would have a willingness to offer you assistance. Number two suggestion :make an appointment Very Soon with some reputable Mental Health Clinic that spcializes in problems that you are facing at this time in your life. Bravo. You have my best wishes.
