I recently started a new job. Now a company I applied at has contacted me about their position. What to do?

FYI, this new company that contacted me is the job I really wanted all along. What should I tell them, should I lie and say I'm not working, or should I tell them the truth about taking a new position but being interested in theirs- will it make me look bad is what I'm wondering? Thanks!

Be honest and tell them you are currently working but that theirs was the job you were interested in. Let them know you are willing to negotiate with them but that your current position is paying $___, what can they offer you? If they really want you, they'll top what you're making now to get you to come on board with them.
