Healthy and balanced permanent diet: dark green vegetables, fresh fruits, whole wheat and whole grain products, non-fat dairy products, fish, poultry breast, lean red meat, egg white.

not in this world. there is no one single food item that provides the full spectrum of nutrients that the body needs to maintain proper health. this is why diets that are based on one single food item are good group are never optimum for health. they will always result in nutrient deficiencies which eventually lead to a failing health status.

You could but the life would be shorter. Everyone needs a balance in their diet to keep them healthy.
