Consider that at the time of the Bible people were not as educated as we are today, they saw Miracles in the small things in life. They weren't exaggerating it was just their understanding at the time.
Miracles happen every day, we should all open our hearts and minds to them. We have all become to self consumed that we do not notice others around us, so how would we notice a miracle.
Society seems determined to share bad news and not the positive things that happen in life.
I truly believe every day is in some small way a miracle, if a major miracle occurred would you believe it anyway? Society is so consumed with science that anything on a spiritual level is very often dismissed except for a few individuals who are open enough to acknowledge events.
During the time of the bible people were more spiritually aware, and I believe alot of the miracles were Spirit communicating.
I am sure that one day we will all start to experience more miracles as the world is going through a great period of change and more people are becoming spiritually aware /ambassadors for spirit; thus allowing miracles to occur again.
Open your heart and mind and you may see what is in front of you, in love and light xxxxxxxxxx

Many miracles have happened since the Bible was written.
1) My salvation
2) I was hit my a car and had major injuries. Within an hour or so all injuries were healed. I ended up with a scab on my ear.
3) A woman was raised from the dead in my church. She died. Paramedics were called and they declared her dead. As they were leaving she came back to life
4) I am sure there are many others and I could list more if so inclined.

Believe or don't it makes no difference to anyone but you where you end up, but please stop bothering us, we are happy to believe what we believe and if that to you is ignorance than so be it, but why must you ask questions that you expect no logical answer for? Why waste our time when you have already made the decision not to believe? Look, you're not going to convert anyone by this question, all you'll do is give the atheists a good laugh, and upset a few of the Christians who are easily aroused, then you'll have a few people who have sweet enough dispostions to actually try to answer you, but it won't matter to you because you've already decided. So what exactly are you trying to accomplish here? If you're just out for a good laugh at us then maybe you need to get a life, and if you want to upset us well then maybe you have some issues you might need to work out, and if you honestly want an answer then stop asking people, who all have a different spin on what they believe and go to the source like an educated person would do. Read the bible cause every answer is in there, if you decide it hasn't answered enough, then stick to your beliefs, its no sweat off our backs. But as loving as we are, we'll pray for you anyway :)

Miracles are being performed
every day....they are not on the evening news and there's no
website for them. Maybe we
should start a "miracles" website.
All the miracles you speak of were performed in the Old
Testament. This was a different dispensation. God
works thru his Son now. There are still plenty of personal miracles, but it's a whole different time and generation. Different circumstances require different miracles.

a baby being born is a miracle, and how many times does the australian bush go up in flames each year for no reason, women being pregnant by ghosts may not happen, but they can have ivf. people are saved from death each day by some doctor/surgeon isnt that a miracle. i think you need to stop doubting god and have a little faith, people who dont believe fail to see the true meaning of what god does, and what a miracle really is.

What about that miracle down on 34th Street?
Seriously, why would someone use verses to show a miracle done after the Bible?? I personally know a girl who had her head ran over by a truck when she was 6 and it didnt fracture her skull. I think that is a miracle.

Miracles performed before Jesus birth were to lead the people back then to the true God who would one day produce his Kingdom seed.
Jesus miracles were performed to show us what life would by like in the future and what he and his father had planned for mankind.
Since the bible has all the information required to do both of these things, why should our Great God continue to prove himself?

A miracle is an extraordinary event caused by the power of God. Miracles are an important element in the work of Jesus Christ. They include healings, restoring the dead to life, and resurrection. Miracles are a part of the gospel of Jesus Christ. Faith is necessary in order for miracles to be manifested.
A miracle is not the suspension of natural law, but the operation of a higher law.
As for proof, even it I were to present information on the miracles I am aware of, you would not believe.
Some people claim that they would believe in God or His work if they were able to receive a sign. But faith comes not by signs/miracles, but signs/miracles follow those that believe. Such signs are given to those who are faithful and obedient in order to strengthen them in their faith.

Many miracles have been performed..especially since the restoration of the Gospel. Now that we have prophets back on the earth...have seen many great miracles. But like any other time...only those whose eyes are opened will see. There have been a few in my life that I have personally experienced that are pretty incredible.
