The saying goes: The more you know, the more you realize how much you don't know. So, no, I don't consider myself smart since there is so much more I have to learn.

No, intellegence is a term we don't truly understand and the even more so the noun of smart. Really true intellegence, true genius, true "smarts" comes from understanding how little you do know.
