Ok, this is really weird but i'm so not athletic, i play no sports at all. Yet i'm more buff and strong than my friends who are in athletic teams. The thing with me is I am crazy with workouts and really spazzes out when doing it. However, when it comes to sports i'm just not interested AT ALL. Is this possible? I mean i workout more for the looks than the actually applicability of the muscles to things like sports.

Well, the thing is because of how i look, people almost always expects me to play some kinda sports. So alota of people always asks me what sport do i play and i'm tired of telling others that i don't play any sports...which comes as a shock to them.

being athletic has more to do with having jumping, running abilities, quick reflexes, etc. can play many or all sports. being strong and buff as the result of diet and resistance training takes dedication of another sort. i've definetly seen many guys over the years that were not athletes become very successful in terms of strength and muscle mass. there is surely nothing wrong with wanting to be a muscle head, it's not as easy as many people think. the desire to constantly challenge your mind and body in the gym is something that most people do not have. the ex-Mr O Ronnie Coleman said something to the effect several years ago that "everyone wants to be champion heavyweight bodybuilder but nobody wants to lift the heavy weights and eat 10k cals daily to get here."

yes its possible.. u are.. i am.. although i use my muscle things.. if im mowing the lawn (sit down tractor) and it gets stuck all i ahve2 do is get off lift up the front/back and push it move it to a drier spot and drive it out :) or just to have muscle and being able to lift a ton of weight, like i can deadlift 185lbs so its fun to just walk around and pick something up and pretend it had a purpose and people just look :)

Being athletic has nothing to do with your body type.
Althletes generally run a lot and since what you do is weight training, it absolutely is possible.

Well it is obviously very possible because you do it yourself. Some people only work out so they look better.
