I'm a guy, and here's what I look for in a girl:
1. A pretty face (75% of first impression, 10% of overall)
2. A nice a** (15% of first impression, 10% of overall)
3. Nice rest of body (5% of first impression, 5% of overall)
4. A great personality (5% of first impression, 75% of overall)
Notice there are two categories: first impression (short run) and overall (long run).
Obviously, this is just an approximation I came up with. Personality includes: non-smoker, doesn’t use drugs, caring, honest, fun-loving, intelligent, and down-to-earth

Creation, inspiration...an energy. Oh, my gosh, I love you women. I love what you ladies do for men, your feminine energy, how you take the time to primp yourselves up,(as long as you don't ask me to wait for you to finish, cause I won't), how you move, how you occupy the world, the little tests you throw out to see who we really are....your eyes - piercing, loving, longing; the grace, the poise...

Everything from looks to personality.....
For me looks is pretty eyes, nice hair, pretty face, then a nice body
personality is funny, outgoing, shy at times, athletic and musically talented.....

someone who knows how to make me smile. if you can make me truly laugh, then your the one. most times I see their personality. i can't stand the snotty popular girls. but i don't like girls who TRY to be too cute.
