You can bring back 3,200 without needing an explanation.
Heavy and light smokers or even non-smokers all have the same allowance so if you got more than this amount then you will need a better reason than just being a heavy smoker.

Depending where you are going the limit is 3500 or in certain parts it's only 200.Check before you go.

You can bring as many as you can carry in your truck! True! but you will have to convince Customs that you can smoke them all yourself, before you die LOL
