What does your birth certificate say? If it says Jainey, then Jainey is your legal name. However, if you prefer to use something other than your legal name, you should ask the school if it would be acceptable to use your nickname on their forms. They will probably want your legal name, but you can ask your teachers and friends to call you by your preferred name.
