Cats now live longer than ever before. Some cats have lived into their 30s, but the average age for well-cared for house cats is around 15 years old.
Altered cats generally tend to live longer than those who have not been spayed or castrated. This may be because intact cats tend to roam more, and as a result, may be prone to injury and disease associated with exposure to environmental and health hazards. In general, cross-bred cats and those of very mixed origins are believed to have a longer life expectancy than pure-bred cats.

There is no exact answer to how long anything lives. But I had a 1/2 seal point Siamese/1/2 calico barn cat that lived to age 19 and a friend had a purebred Siamese that lived into its 20's. Average lifespan for a cat is about 13-15 years and Siamese do tend to live a little longer than average.

A well-cared for house cat can live for 15 years, on average. Some go more, some less.

My old-bugger-of a Siamese is pushing 13, has Feline Aids and is doing just fine. Although he is not as playful as he once was, he still does everything he could do 10 years ago. His feline aids seem to not bother him at all.

They tend to live a little longer than most domestic cats. My Rossi was 19 when he went into renal failure. He wasn't showing his age at all, still had good muscle on him over his hips and spine area.
