If it is variety you are looking for, don't ever do these things with human beings. If it is fun, get yourself a couple of dogs, a frisbee and a ball, and go and run, play fetch and wrestle with the dogs. That is the only healthy way to share multiple partners.

I was dating these two girls for a while when I was younger. We were all dating each other, and messed around together or in pairs when the third person wasn't around. Eventually, one of the girls decided she wanted something more like a traditional relationship and left our trio. The other girl and I searched for a new third for a while, then gave up on it and tried to be a common couple, and eventually parted ways. Its fun for a while, as long as you're not looking for a future in it.

if youre not in a committed relationship, id say do it for the thrill. but if youre with someone you love, itd be a big trap. obviously theres already something amiss that needs to be addressed, and swinging wont make it anything but worse.
