mankind coming from a single celled organism blob (evolution) or the dust of the field (bible) is a stretch to both non theists and non evolutionists and to people who have not been immersed in either theism or branches of science that support evolution. So the question is:
Is it more plausible or logical to believe that something that seems so impossible or miraculous whether evolution( when used to deny the existence of God), or creation could happen with or without a divine hand? both beliefs basically say everything came from a state of being void.., but is it more rational to believe everything happened by itself, or that some intelligent being was behind it seeing the apparent detail and harmony that the cosmos possesses, and how forces are orchestrated perfectly to maintain human life? To me both evolution and creation seem impossible when trying to rationalize , but I believe as the scripture says "with God all things are possible" which is why I go with the God&Bible

The answerers above me are correct. Knowledge of abiogenesis and evolution would make it seem less impossible.

All things being equal, you should evaluate the evidence and contrast the two. Given that there is an overwhelming amount of evidence supporting the evolutionary model and very little if any supporting the Bible, I'd go with evolution.

Not being immersed in science is not a good reason to discredit it, that's somewhat like saying I don't know higher levels of mathematics so I'll believe that 2 + 2 = apples.

Since you mentioned "detail and harmony", does it really stand to reason that a god that designed and created the universe from subatomic particles up would have slacked off when designing humans (supposedly in his image) and left vestal organs and not quite right joints for walking?

Implausible is not the same as impossible. I've said this before that the odds against life taking hold on this planet and evolving are very long, but they were not zero. The fact that we're here talking about shows that the long shot payed off.
I wonder if part of the reason people dismiss evolution is because they can't wrap their brains around the time frames involved. A 1000 years seems like ancient history to us but that's 1/4,000,000th of the age of the earth.

You're seriously making it sound like you only believe in creationism because you don't understand evolution.

Not only that, you're resorting to the old goo/blob analogy of basic life - "Do you really think we came from this?"

If you understood it, you'd see how it IS possible and more likely than "Hey, a magical man in the sky created all things" Arguing from ignorance really isn't going to convince anyone who knows what they're talking about I'm afraid.

I know how you feel. To you, your choice is the most logical. I understand it. To me...that man came from clay, formed by the hands of an invisible God is just ludicrous. I see no logic to believing in that. I'm sure that if I'm wrong and there is a creator, he could have made evolution work the way it works. But that is how it works, god or no god. There was no magic clay man, no instantaneous life forms, no female made from clay man's rib. Science is how things works, no matter if your God did it, or if it happened through a cosmic accident.

God of the Gaps arguments hold no water. You need to provide evidence for a position, otherwise the question remains open.I don't get why religious folks have this need to latch onto blind belief in the face of open questions. I'd rather be honest and say "I don't know", because then I get to be curious and explore the question. The moment you subscribe to a blind dogma, you close your mind to the beauty of discovery.

If you had an understanding of the biochemical processes involved in the move from "blob" to higher organisms, including humans, it would not seem so impossible to you.

Evolution seems a less complex system than an omnipotent, omniscient, eternal deity.
