I gave a housewarming gift to my friend and his girlfriend awhile back. It was a gift basket but the "basket" was a planter and it had a clock in it that doubles as a picture frame, which was cool because if they have a clock, they can use it as a frame and vice versa. Check out the website.

I always give a house warming gift of a personalized door mat. Keep it simple in style. You can buy them for about $40.00. If you don't want personalized, just get a plain one.Trust me. It will be appreciated by the recipient.
