Here's my question.
My husband is a Permanent Resident of the US with a Valid Venezulean Passport. I am a US citizen.
We want to go to Niagra Falls and stay on the Canadian Side.
Can he travel to the Canadian side?

Yes he can. he needs to carry his green card and passport. he does not need a re-entry permit unless he out of the u.S. more than 6 months. Neither of you need a visa to enter Canada. See website below. Niagra is great...esp. the Canadian side. have a great time.

As a citizen of Venezuela, your husband would be required to have a visa, in addition to his Venezuelan passport:

Hope that helps!

AS long as he has a green card which he should if he is a permanent residence it should be no problem.
