Plastic? Throw into a dishwasher... or use a bleach solution.

You might have some black mold on your cutting board. You can try to bleach it out, but your best bet is to buy a new cutting board. Look for the word "antimicrobial" on the packaging. A lot of new cutting boards have this feature. Make sure to clean the cutting board thouroughly after each use (use bleach after raw meats) and dry completely before putting it away. Good luck!

Dampen the cutting board and pore salt on it.. let the salt sit for a few hours.. then wash off..
That's also good for taking cool aid stains out of counter tops..

Give it a try..

Potatoes can cause stains. A diluted beach solution will get rid of it. Just make sure to rinse well.
