for example, you don't have to do anything in particular to gain weitht, i.e. eating any specific foods. All you might ultimately have to do is just like eat normally and excercize/live your life normally, and in doing so you could gain weight. But even if you did not gain weight you would not lose weight, either unless you altered what you ate/how you excercized. In essence, you were not even trying to gain weight, and yet you did anyway, without even trying. When it comes to LOSING weight, however, you actually have to do certain things, i.e. eating certain foods which are almost always impossible to come by and expensive, and excercizing regularily to even lose any weight at all. And in order to maintain your weight loss you have to continue to eat the expensive foods and excercize like that, like you can't just eat normal inexpensive foods and live your life normally or else you will gain the weight back and/or you will not lose any more.

So why is it that you have to engage in specific practices in order to LOSE weight (eating specific foods, engaging in specific excercize, e.t.c.) yet you do NOT have to do anything in particular (i.e. you could just be eating what you normally eat/doing what you normally do) to gain and/or maintain your weight?

Because life is not fair and we are all different.
It is so frustrating to watch my skinny friends eat huge plates of food and not gain a pound and I can only eat a tiny amount of food in order to keep from gaining a pound and exercise for an hour a day.
But I know what I have to do and I have to accept it to be content.

You don't have to eat expensive foods. Nor pay to go to a gym. You just have to eat a balanced diet, cut out all the junk and convenience foods (which are expensive anyway!) and move your body enough so that it uses more fuel (calories from food) than you take in.
You need to cook your meals from scratch, using ingredients that are healthy and nourishing like lean chicken & turkey, fish, fresh veg, salad and fruit. It takes time and effort, which nowadays many of us don't seem to have the time or inclination for. As for exercise, walk whenever you can, take the stairs instead of the lift, and so on. You'll feel much better and the weight will begin to drop off.
Best wishes.

the main reason for obesity in this country is because of all the toxins we ingest on a day to day basis.....When you ingest a toxin, the liver takes a fat cell and surrounds the toxin to protect it from your vital organs.....That’s why traditional diets do not work....they don't get rid of the toxins....so your body refuses to shed the fat....So, when you do this cleanse and get all the toxins out of your system, the body recognizes this and begins to shed the fat....The product is unbelievable!

Don’t listen to anyone that says it doesn’t work!!! Only listen to the people that said they have tried it…..Everyone is just upset they can’t do it!!

It will be the best decision of your life
