i eat small meals about five to six times a day because it helps reve up my metabolism and makes it seem like i am eating a ton. ( but really i am not) also, i am just a snacking kind of person.

I eat about 3 times a day, but at weird times. And they're usually small portions (compared to restaurant portions). That kind of weird "grazing" has done wonders for my weight.

I try to have a little something every 3-4 hrs. If I have a huge meal- I get sleepy

I try to eat breakfast every morning, but after that, I only eat if I'm absolutely hungry and it's usually not a lot....just average servings.
