How can someone have such a large S tattoo on their neck without having hit the juggular vein? I would think that might poison the blood. Saw one last night and it was really large on the left side. grossssss.

My appoligies, it wasn't that the tattoo was gross but it was so big that it was gross. i have concidered a small tattoo myself but with stirle conditions not being well informed about it, I don't know how it is or what is done. I find tattoo's beautiful but when it comes to something as big as that was I think I was took back. the art work was fantastic... I just found it gross that it was so big and where it was so close to the vein I the first thing I thought was it would cause blood poison that is what grossed me out. I have had infections before and I have had to go to the hospital back and forth for 3 days and that is gross. I like tattoo's sorry for not thinking before I wrote it.

believe me it doesent go anywhere near deep enough to hit vains it actually only goes to the first 3 layers of skin

Tattoo needles only go through the first several layers of the skin...not enough to pierce the veins.

Tattoos dont usually go deep enough to do that. If it happens, said person should get a tattoo in a different place.

tattoo needles don't go that deep, and you shouldnl't judge other people based on their looks, you may think it's "gross" but that tattoo could have a really deep personal meaning to that person

It looks as if it's too deep, but really not. The tattoo artist must be skilled and know exactly what he or she is doing.

Dont worry cuz the needle doesn't go to deeply into ur neck and tha ink wont poison you..

you may not want to get a tattoo....but the needle doesn't go that deep...and to each person the tattoo is personal choice ..you may want to make the choice of zero tattoos..
