can someone give me advice on what to eat .. just say my mum offered me noodles for my dinner. i would probley turn them down cuse im dieing to lose like 2 stone in 2 months..im also exercising 1 hour a day..could someone tell me what would be good for

Good for you for drinking that much water a day. So you want to lose 2 stone (which to me means 28 pounds) in 2 months, so 14 pounds a month, which is roughly 3.5 pounds a week. Still a little unhealthy, but it's not that bad. I'd say, in my opinion, restrict yourself to 1000 - 1200 calories a day and as little fat grams as possible. Eat things that have a good amount of fiber, because fiber will help you feel full faster and easier. Grains are great for that. I eat sandwiches all the time, and the bread I use has about 2 grams extra of fiber. For breakfast, I'd say a slice of toast, preferably dry but if you're like me and need taste, jam or low fat margarine is good, a peice of fruit (med sized apple or half a big one, or half a grapefruit, or a banana, etc. Bananas have the most calories), and some fat free yogurt (it doesn't have to be plain). YOu could even add the fruit TO the yogurt haha. Lunch, def a sandwich. Turkey, tons of veggis, and mustard. Try to stay away from fat based condiments. But a sandwich with a side of fresh vegetable and a light dressing for dipping, or even just plain, is really good. Or you could make a fruit salad for a side instead. Dinner possibilities are virtually endless. I always recommend going to allrecipes.com for ideas, because only you know what you like enough to stick to your diet. I suggest doing an hour of cardio and at least 15 minutes of strength traing (squats, push ups, sit ups, etc.) Good luck!

Try the cabbage soup diet.
Cook cabbage in water and V-8 juice with lots of other vegetables, celery, onion, tomatoes, mushrooms, carrot, bell peppers, season with a pack of onion soup mix. Delicious and you can eat as much as you want and still lose weight!

do not do the cabbage soup diet!!!!!
my grandma and grandpa used to do that and had like horrible stomach issues.

my only advice is to eat ALOT of veggies like lettuce and brocoli and stuff like that becuase there is hardly any calories in those, pluis they are very healthy. and stay away from breads, and pastas while trying to looose weight...and sugary stuff. it packs on the pounds.

always eat breakfast. eat protien at every meal. have fruits and veggies between meals.
